SDFC Cares is the flagship program through which the Charity provides financial assistance to qualified applicants. Individuals and their families that have an affiliation with Arizona State University are encouraged to submit an application either online (coming soon) or through an SDFC volunteer. All applications are directed to the Patient Services Committee where they are reviewed for conformity with certain criteria including affiliation, financial hardship and medical circumstances.
If the application is approved, SDFC will require the submission of any and all relevant receipts. All approved applications will be received with the understanding that every effort will be made to secure available community resources to cover essential needs and out-of-pocket medical expenses.
